We have been in the hospitality industry since the 70s. This multi-decade exposure has grounded us in our sensibilities to seek out great products and recognize and reject mediocrity. It is our single-mindedness that keeps us restless in pursuit of excellence and our mission to bring you – our cherished clients – the best possible ingredients to make your tables shine.

Our Story

In February 2012, we will commence our 12th year of operation. To celebrate that we will re-focus our direction and attention by bringing you a well thought out selection of wines, cheeses, foods and great gift items. Our restaurant will be in its 4th year of operation and for that part of our business we will be announcing some great changes that will be implemented in time for the Spring menu.

Philosophy

Our focus is to share with you ingredients, components and knowledge to make your dining and entertaining more pleasurable. To achieve this, we ceaselessly pursue the finest products from local, national and international sources to ensure your satisfaction.
