About Us
Pram & Suzanne
Over 25 years each in the hospitality industry has afforded us the luxury to learn about food and wine and all the fine things related to cooking and serving wonderful meals. We have worked in every aspect of the restaurant business and have a solid working knowledge from buying, to prepping, serving and even cleaning up.

Tim
Our eldest son Tim has had a wide range of work experience: beginning in a kitchen at age 14, by 23 he was managing a wine importer/distributor in Detroit before finishing his Master’s Degree in Creative Writing at The University of Michigan. Tim joined Esperance in 2005 and now lives in Petoskey with his wife, Carrie and daughter, Elise.

Our Story
As we end our seventh year in business, we have just begun to grow and mature. From the very beginning Esperance has maintained a commitment to offer only high quality products. To this end, we still taste and try every product that ends up on our shelves. We feel our biggest asset is our dedication to our customers: though you may be able to source most of what we offer elsewhere, we hope our level of service will bring you back.
